However, we offer a 7-day limited refund window from the date of purchase for new customers, provided that the request is made in writing and subject to review.

Refunds will not be granted after 7 days or in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or substantial use of the service.

Any refunds approved will be processed through the original payment method.
